SAME DAY CANCELLATION: You have until 12 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel anything after that card on file will be charged 50% of the service cost. NO SHOW: Card on file will be charged 100% of the service cost. If no showed twice you will no longer be allowed to make an appointment. Please respect me and my time as I do yours. LATE: Please understand I run a tight schedule and cannot always accommodate if you’re too late. 5 to 15 minutes past scheduled time (depending on service) may result in me altering the appointment or having to cancel it due to not having enough time.
