Cancellation Policy
SAME DAY CANCELLATION: You have until 12 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel anything after that card on file will be charged 50% of the service cost.
NO SHOW: Card on file will be charged 100% of the service cost. If no showed twice you will no longer be allowed to make an appointment.
Please respect me and my time as I do yours. Reach out preferably on instagram, salon phone or my cell and let me know if something comes up. I’m really understanding and can try to help accommodate and reschedule you.
LATE: Please understand I run a tight schedule and cannot always accommodate if you’re too late. 5 to 15 minutes past scheduled time (depending on service) may result in me altering the appointment or having to cancel it due to not having enough time. If appointment has to be cancelled a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.
**If card is declined, online booking will be turned off and the fee will need to be paid before your next appointment.
